Procedure We interview each candidate prior to submission of the attorney�s credentials to a client firm. Our interview results in the Candidate Referral Summary. This summary gives a thorough evaluation of the attorney�s experience, personality and potential for success in your practice. Our professional interview provides the client firm with the information it needs to make an informed decision.
